Citibank Workers Win Conditional Class Status In Overtime Suit

U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl has granted conditional certification status to a group of personal bankers, represented by Rigrodsky & Long, P.A.,  accusing Citibank NA of withholding overtime pay.  The suit alleges violations of  the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and other applicable state laws,  as a result of Citibank  paying only 40 hours a week despite requiring personal bankers to work longer.
